HGTV Names Fort Collins One of the Best Mid-Size Cities in the U.S.

HGTV recently named Fort Collins one of the 20 best mid-size cities in the United States. For those of us who call Old Town home, it reads less like a discovery and more like a quiet confirmation.

Why Fort Collins made the list

HGTV pointed to the things locals already love:

  • Bike-friendly streets you can actually get around on

  • The natural pull of Horsetooth Reservoir and the Cache la Poudre River

  • A craft beer scene big enough to earn the city its own reputation

Fort Collins: one of the 20 best mid-size cities in the United States.

Where La Vie Lumière fits

This is the rhythm La Vie Lumière was built for. Walkable, unhurried, close to water and mountains alike.

It's part of why we built here, and part of what a home like this is meant to hold onto. A great city and a home that lets you live in it fully tend to go together.
